  • To register: 

  • To create a new catalogue record contact [email protected]  with your email address and the draft title of the resource or specimen archive.

To fill in a catalogue record:

  1. We will send a 'catalogue link' to the to the email address you have provided. 
  2. Follow the link provided, or search for your title (catalogue search page ).
  3. Open your catalogue metadata record, then edit (button top right) adding as much detail as possible.  For guidance on content, see What information do we need?
  4. Click the Save button to commit your changes.
  5. When you've finished, click Exit (bottom right).
